2019

In June 2019, GMP Recruitment was founded by Gareth Matts and Michael Pincott on an idea and concept of bringing to market a reputable brand, with unparalleled levels of both client and customer satisfaction. The brand quickly established itself in the Three Counties as one of the premier recruiters and built a solid reputation for its honesty and integrity with candidates and clients alike. The team doubled in size during 2019, adding a Professional Services arm to its already successful temporary/contract offering.

2020

2020 Saw GMP Recruitment celebrate a number of milestones, including its first birthday and hitting a seven figure turnover. The businesses was met, as all were, with the Coronavirus pandemic in the March. However, after an initial lull, saw exponential growth throughout the following 6 months, registering a 235% increase in its temporary offering and creating a further 2 additional internal roles. After signing contracts with a number of blue chip businesses the company is well placed for expand again in 2021.
