About Maxine

Maxi has over 13 years’ experience in recruitment and administration, building a well-rounded career from the ground up. She started as a receptionist at TRCM and quickly progressed through the business into payroll, later becoming Payroll and Administration Manager, where she successfully managed payroll for over 300 employees during peak periods. This hands-on journey gave her a strong understanding of both the front-line and operational side of the business. Following GMP’s acquisition of TRCM, Maxi has continued to develop her career and has spent the last three years working as a Senior Consultant at GMP, where she is a valued and trusted member of the team.

Maxi enjoys working with people and takes real pride in helping candidates secure roles where they can grow and succeed. She values building strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients and finds it most rewarding seeing people progress in their careers.

Outside of work, Maxi enjoys travelling and spending time with her two sons, who are based in London and Birmingham. She enjoys staying active, travelling when she can, and making the most of time with family.
