Kieran is experienced in recruiting across a broad range of legal disciplines including Conveyancing, Residential and Commercial Property, Private Client, Family Law, Litigation, Personal Injury, Employment Law, Corporate and Commercial, Compliance, Legal Finance, and Legal Support roles.

Kieran is passionate about building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, taking a consultative and personable approach to ensure the right fit for both culture and capability.

Kieran is proud to have been the very first employee to join GMP Recruitment in 2019, progressing from Senior Consultant to Director of the Permanent Division through hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for recruitment. Kieran is known for delivering an honest, professional, and relationship-led service, with a strong understanding of the fast-paced demands of the Legal and Property sectors and a commitment to supporting both business growth and career progression.

Outside of work, Kieran enjoys spending time with family, friends and Chardonay, attempting to convince himself that online shopping counts as cardio, and providing unsolicited commentary to the television during musical specials as though he is in fact George Michael, reincarnated.
