We are currently recruiting on their behalf for a number of Trainee Steel Operatives to support their Welding department.
Previous experience with power tools is desirable.

The working hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 07:45am -17:15pm and Friday 07:45am -13:00pm
You can expect to achieve an hourly rate of £9.50-£10.75 pending experience.
Due to an incredible period of growth, expansion and increased workload, this position can offer a varied and interesting workload and offer an immediate start for successful candidates.
Trainee Steel Operative main duties:
- Dressing welds
- Smoothing out scratches on parts made for manufacturing
- Using hand grinders and orbital sanders
- Checking parts are fit for purpose
This position is manual work where you will be required to be on your feet all day. In return you will have reliable, constant work within a successful engineering company that will support your career progression.
