GMP Recruitment are a Worcestershire-based, multi-sector, recruitment agency. We specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment for the Industrial, Technical & Engineering, Commercial and Business Support sectors.
We currently have two great opportunities for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Temporary and Permanent Divisions in supplying bespoke recruitment services to new and existing client.
What you will do:
- Sourcing the best talent for your vacancies by head-hunting through a variety of different job boards, our CRM database and social media platforms.
- You will initially work closely with candidates placing them into suitable roles before sourcing your own clients and vacancies and matching the two together.
- You will manage the recruitment process by sourcing clients, taking requirements, sourcing candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, taking interview feedback and managing the offer/ feedback process.
What we are looking for:
- Confident manner with the ability to sell and deal with people both face to face and over the phone
- Money motivated with clear goals in mind
- Resilience and ambition with a desire to succeed
- Good communication skills with a strong work ethic
- IT literate including familiarity with Microsoft packages
- A full UK driving licence with access to a car during working hours
