GMP Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a number of Trainee Production Operatives for our client located in Hay-on-Wye, on a full time, permanent contract.
NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals who are seeking stability, progression and full time, permanent work.
You will be offered a salary of £23,800 per annum working Monday – Friday each week on a 2-week rotation as below:
Week 1: Monday – Thursday: 05:50am -14:00pm Friday: 05:50am – 13:10pm
Week 2: Monday – Thursday: 13:50pm – 22:00pm Friday: 13:00 – 20:20pm

Ideally, candidates will demonstrate previous experience of working within a manufacturing/production or highly regulated environment, however, what is most important is finding the right person who is reliable, enthusiastic and eager to learn as training will be provided, so no experience is required.
As a Trainee Production Operative, we are looking for candidates to demonstrate:
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to complete tasks under strict health and safety GMP requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to complete batch documentation right first time
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve required output targets
- A self-motivator
- Adaptable and flexible, and reliable
Note: due to location,, a driving licence is essential for this position.
