GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a well-known, family run business in Tewkesbury. We are currently supporting their recruitment for a Sales Agent to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Based at the Tewkesbury Production Site, you will travel to targeted communities to promote the business’ popular delivery service. This is a customer-facing sales role where your confidence, enthusiasm, and ability to engage with people will directly contribute to our growth and success.
37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00 (including travel time) with a salary of up to £30,000 per annum, with an unlimited commission potential.

You will be based in the Head office in Tewkesbury and supporting Cheltenham and Hereford Depots, so you must be in a commutable distance to these areas.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and confident individual to join a well-established organisation, working within the community to promote and expand local doorstep delivery services. You will be responsible for direct customer engagement, driving brand awareness, and generating new business in a field-based capacity.
Previous sales or canvassing experience is advantageous.
Sales Agent main duties:
Promote doorstep delivery services directly to potential customers through community-based canvassing.
Represent the brand and values with professionalism and enthusiasm, always acting as a company ambassador.
Confidently engage with new people, explain product offerings, and handle objections with a positive and informed approach.
Capture and relay new customer details to the internal processing team accurately and efficiently.
Work towards weekly targets with the potential for unlimited commission earnings.
Travel to and from designated locations using a company pool vehicle.
Sales Agent desired skills and experience:
Previous sales or canvassing experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
Successful applicants must be able to pass a DBS check (company-supported).
