GMP Recruitment are proud to partner a highly successful, recognisable and thriving property company that specialise within Residential Sales and Lettings. We are recruiting on their behalf for a Property Inspection and Viewing Agent to join their team on a full time, permanent contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer focussed enthusiastic and highly professional individual to join a friendly and highly encouraging team of property experts.

The ideal candidate for this role will be confident, professional and incredibly customer service focussed, with demonstrable experience dealing with people eon a one-on-one basis.

You MUST have a full clean UK driving licence to be considered.

Property Inspection and Viewing Agent main duties:

  • Carry out property inspections, check in, check out and other property visits
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong working relationships with tenants, landlords and potential renters
  • Report repair and maintenance issues to relevant property manager
  • Complete reports on each visit and viewing using bespoke iPad property inspection software

Property Inspection and Viewing Agent desired skills and experience:

  • You must be confident working with people, enthusiastic and highly professional when dealing with clients and customers
  • Ability to work on own initiative, multi task take responsibility and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to influence, build rapport and communicate with people at all levels
  • Computer literate with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Full Clean UK driving Licence essential

This is a full time, permanent position, 40 hours a week including Saturdays. You will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary up to £24k, use of company car for property viewings and inspections, work iPad and additional company benefits.

This role is able to offer flexibility with being out the office most days meeting clients and has the ability to allow working from home as you will be provided with the technology to complete administration following viewings.
