GMP Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client located in Birmingham for an experienced PA (Personal Assistant) to join their ever growing and successful team on a full time, permanent contract.

Our client is a fast growing and highly successful manufacturing company that has gone through substantial growth in the last few years through hard work and great service.

As the PA, you will provide administration and daily support to the Property Investment team based onsite at Yardley and elsewhere across other sites.

PA main duties:

  • Diary management for Property Directors
  • Email management for Property Directors, including dictation
  • Travel arrangement and hotel bookings, and support with expenses
  • Arranging medical appointments as and when required
  • Managing attendance and holiday bookings for property staff
  • Recognizing business critical matters and raising them immediately with the relevant personnel
  • Collation and distribution of labour invoices on a weekly basis
  • Preparation of documents, including tenders, completion documents and construction plans
  • Arrangement of secure document sending and tracking
  • Ensuring that business critical documents are filed in an appropriate and known server location
  • Raising and verifying purchase orders against invoices
  • Obtaining and filing credit card and pro forma payment receipts
  • Using Xero and Re-Leased software to extract information, add new contracts and maintain information
  • Maintenance of key release database to ensure property security
  • Arrangement of meter readings and inspections
  • Arrangement of access to properties as and when required
  • Maintain and update the facilities log

PA desired skills and experience:

  • Experience of supporting at Director level
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Discreet and confidential approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at any one time
  • Confident when working independently

This position operates at a standard shift pattern, Monday to Thursday 09:00am – 17:00pm. The annual salary for this position will be £25K - £30K which is dependant on experience, plus additional company benefits.
