GMP Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Night Shift Production Operator for a hugely successful manufacturing company located in Hay-on-Wye, on a full time, permanent contract.
The salary for this position is £23,688 per annum which includes shift allowance and the successful candidate will be required to work Sunday – Thursday each week on the below shifts:
Sunday: 22:40pm – 06:00am
Monday – Thursday: 21:50pm – 06:00am
Ideally, candidates will demonstrate previous experience of working within a manufacturing/production or highly regulated environment, however, what is most important is finding the right person who is reliable, enthusiastic and eager to learn as training will be provided.

As Production Operative we are looking for candidates to demonstrate:
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to complete tasks under strict health and safety GMP requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to complete batch documentation right first time
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve required output targets
- A self-motivator
- Adaptable and flexible, and reliable
