Customer Service Assistant

GMP Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client located in Malvern for 2 experienced Customer Service Assistants / Administrators. This would be on a 12 month contract initially with the possibility of a permanent role after 12 weeks (candidates dependant).

The role comes with a 50/50 home working and office working split.

Pay

  • £9.50 per hour

The Role

  • Liaising with customers to give advice, maintain relationships, deal with invoices and more
  • General administration duties

Hours

  • Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (35 hours per week paid)

Ideal Candidate

  • Customer service experience
  • Administration experience
  • Happy to work from home 50% of the week
  • Comfortable with a 12-month contract
