GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a well-known, successful Legal firm in Worcester City Centre. 

We’re pleased to announce that we’re hiring for a Conveyancing Assistant, who will be tasked with providing legal assistance to a busy Residential Property Team. 

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll be expected to provide legal support to our busy Residential Conveyancing Team.

You’ll be responsible for:

All initial Client referral contact.

Providing quotes.

File opening.

ID checks.

Initial steps in the legal process, such as contract drafting and search ordering.

 

We require the following skills:

1 to 2 years in an admin or legal support role is preferred, but not essential.

Excellent client care and communication skills, both over the phone and face to face.

Strong IT skills, and experience of working with a cloud case management software is preferred.

A high level of organisation to work within our deadlines.

A good attention to detail.

The ability to work under pressure.

The ability to be a good team player as well as working on your initiative.
