GMP are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based near to Malvern. Due to a period of rapid expansion they are looking to fill a number of vacancies on their shop floor. The roles currently open are for Production/Assembly Operatives.
Standard Working Hours:
- Rotating shifts-06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
Pay rate:
- Starting at £8.72 going up to £9 after 12 weeks
Working within this role your standard duties will be:
- Finishing of products in keeping with company standards
- Machine Operating
- Assembly of large products
- Moving parts around the factory to keep the flow of production stable
- Quality checking parts to ensure that they are correct and defect free pre delivery
The ideal candidate:
- Own Transport is required and public transport cannot be relied upon
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is essential
