GMP Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Production Operative for a hugely successful manufacturing company located in Hay-on-Wye, on a full time, permanent contract.
This is a trainee position, this means no initial skill is required for the role and full training is provided. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is seeking stability, progression and permanent work.
The salary for this position is £23,800 per annum which includes shift allowance, and the successful candidate will be required to work Monday – Friday each week on a 2 week rotation as below:
Week 1: Monday – Thursday: 05:50am -14:00pm Friday: 05:50am – 13:10pm
Week 2: Monday – Thursday: 13:50pm – 22:00pm Friday: 13:00 – 20:20pm

Ideally, candidates will demonstrate previous experience of working within a manufacturing/production or highly regulated environment, however, what is most important is finding the right person who is reliable, enthusiastic and eager to learn as training will be provided, so no experience is required.
