We at GMP Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company, based in the Malvern area, and we are looking for an Administrator to join their team on a part-time, permanent, contract.

Our client is a is a specialist in the power electronics providing nationwide maintenance and service support for major organisations and water utilities.

This position is offering a part-time role where no previous Administration experience is needed. Our client is happy to put the training into the right individual.

Administrator main duties:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Directing calls accordingly
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Appropriate data entry as and when needed

 

Administrator desired skills and experience:

  • Previous experience using a computer (Word, Excel and Emails)
  • Exceptional costumer and client service skills
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

 

This position will be operating on a Tuesday – Thursday, 08:00am - 17:00pm. There will also be an earlier finish on a Friday of 13:00pm.

 

For all of the above our client will be offering a highly competitive salary that will be pro rata over the three days worked.
