GMP Recruitment are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator for our fantastic client based in Tewkesbury
This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking for a varied role and enjoys working in a busy environment.
Hours of work 9am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 1pm on a Friday
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- AAT Qualifications or equivalent
- Good Administration skills
- Good IT skills
- Good level English and Mathematics
- Previous experience of working with Sage 50 is essential
The role will include duties of:
- Dealing with staff and recording absence/following up and keeping records on personnel files
- Account work – Sage 50, you will be required process and raise invoices for payments.
- Checking invoice prices on internal system and logging it correctly
- Administrative tasks such as Inductions for agency staff
- Assist where required with admin/accounts
- Prepare EOM reports for board meetings
- Internal H&S monitoring & implementation in conjunction with H&S provider.
The pay rate is £10.30 per hour, this is a temp to perm opportunity.
