GMP Recruitment are looking for an experienced Planner for our fantastic client based in Kidderminster.

This is a great opportunity for somebody who is looking for a varied role and enjoys working in a busy environment within their planning department.

The normal working week is a flexible 40 hours and it will be arranged with a manager when the start and finish times would be in order to maintain viable service delivery/

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Good Administration skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Good level English and Mathematics
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

The role will include duties of:

  • Dealing with customers queries and helping to rectify issues
  • Liaising with customer service centre team
  • Utilise IT systems and manage information from suppliers etc.
  • Monitor and schedule appointments for customers liaising with suppliers/contractors
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist where required with admin

The pay rate is £10.95-£12.52 per hour (dependant on experience), the role would be until August 2022 at the earliest.
