GMP Recruitment are looking for an experienced Planner for our fantastic client based in Kidderminster.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Good Administration skills
- Good IT skills
- Good level English and Mathematics
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
The role will include duties of:
- Dealing with customers queries and helping to rectify issues
- Liaising with customer service centre team
- Utilise IT systems and manage information from suppliers etc.
- Monitor and schedule appointments for customers liaising with suppliers/contractors
- Assist where required with admin
The pay rate is £10.95-£12.52 per hour (dependant on experience), this is a temp to perm opportunity.
