We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Export Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on an initial 12 month maternity cover contract, at their base just outside Droitwich.

We are aiming for a start date at the beginning of July in order to have a successful handover period.

There is the possibility that this position can become a full permanent job, but this will be dependent on the delivery of the successful candidate and the up-coming months and year ahead.

We are looking for an individual that can demonstrate Export Customer Service experience in a similar commercial role, as you will be dealing with international customers around the world by email in a fast-paced, varied, and fun environment.

Export Customer Service Coordinator main duties:

  • Liaise with a 3PL warehouse partner based in the EU
  • Respond to customer enquiries providing product and basic nutritional advice
  • Support and operate in close partnership with the external sales team
  • Record and respond effectively to customer complaints promptly
  • Act as a link between customers and our Technical team during product registration

  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)

  • A decision-maker (within the scope of responsibilities)

You will be required to undertake the initial training/handover in the office, working with the Export and Customer Service team, but the position will be a mixture of office and remote working. Due to the location of the office you MUST have your own transportation.

For all the above you will be offered a highly competitive basic salary of up to £35,000 which will be commensurate with experience, plus additional company benefits.

If you are looking for a role where you can learn about and further develop a career in a fast-growing and popular industry sector, this could be for you.

If the above position sounds perfect for you, then please apply immediately to avoid missing out.
