GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with one of Worcestershire's most recognised, progressive and expanding legal firms. We are currently supporting their recruitment for a Conveyancing Paralegal/Conveyancing Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent contract.
This is a unique role, based in Bromsgrove, where you will be working from an Estate Agency that the firm is closely partnered with, so it is essential you can demonstrate strong Conveyancing knowledge and an understanding of the conveyancing process.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate at least 12 months experience in a legal role, with notable Conveyancing knowledge, with a look of progressing their career in a supportive and encouraging environment.
My client is seeking an individual with good experience in general conveyancing whom they can continue to develop as part of their growing firm.
If you are a recent qualified graduate with practical experience, or a recent paralegal seeking a step into a role that gives more of a personal service to clients, this is for you.
- Providing excellent service with main focus on Residential Conveyancing
- Providing quotations and preparing Client Care Letters
- Conducting Land Registry Searches
- Drafting sales contracts and dealing with enquiries
- Confident telephone manner when liaising with clients and third parties
- Requesting redemption statements and management packs
- Preparing Reports
- Raising Enquiries
- Title Checks
- Mortgage Checks
- Submission of SDLT Certificate
- Land Registry dealings
- Post Completion matters
Previous knowledge of residential conveyancing is essential to be considered as well as an enthusiastic and willing approach to new challenges.
You will be offered a highly competitive salary up to £21K which will be commensurate with relevant experience, plus additional company benefits.
