MP Recruitment are recruiting for a number of Class 1 drivers based in the Birmingham area. This is a great opportunity with the work being temporary to permanent
Class 1 day work is multidrop store deliveries (4 to 5 per day
Class 1 night work is interdepot trunking with usually 1 to 2 runs to Bristol per shift
Rate of pay £13.45 on days and £14.45 on nights
Working within this role your standard duties will be:
·Safe and competent operation of a Class 1 vehicle
-When necessary, support in the unloading of trunk (all goods palletised or caged)
·Maintain and check condition of your vehicle and ensure it is kept sanitary on a daily basis
Standard Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday AM and PM starts
Qualifications and requirements:
·Class 1 C+E Entitlement on your license
·Digital tachograph Card
·DQC Card (CPC)
·Minimum of 2 months commercial driving experience (ideally)
·No more than 6 points to be on your license (DR10 and TT offences not accepted)
