GMP Recruitment are partnered with a well-establish company in Worcester city Centre. Our client is for looking to add an additional Administrators to their team, this role is on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This role will involve general administrative duties, processing of sales orders and liaising with customers via phone and email. Strong administrative skills are required, you will be working in a friendly and fun office environment and you will be working closely with other staff and owners.
- £9.50-£10.00 per hour (DOE)
- Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:00 and 09:00 to 15:00 on a Friday
*There is the option to have ony 30 minutes of the daily hour lunch break to allow for a 16:30 finish Monday – Thursday.
- Answering incoming calls
- Chasing and Processing of sales orders
- General administration duties
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Quoting sales (once familiar with process, prices and company in general)
