About Nick

Nick is a Principal Consultant at GMP with over 12 years of experience within the West Midlands and Worcestershire permanent recruitment market. Having spent 8.5 years building strong relationships and expertise in Worcester, followed by 2.5 years in Birmingham, he has now returned to Worcester to continue supporting clients and candidates across the three counties and further afield.

Nick enjoys the relationship-building aspect of recruitment the most, particularly helping candidates find the right long-term opportunities while supporting businesses in securing the best talent for their teams. He takes pride in offering a consultative and personable approach throughout the recruitment process.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active, and making the most of everything the local area has to offer. He is also kept busy by his two Boston Terriers, Dolly and Buster, and volunteers his time supporting a Boston Terrier rescue charity.
